Nice kitchenette, comfortable close to transport.

Not much of a view from small balcony.

The property was great. Great facilities and good location to the train station and all main attractions. We were able to do all our washing and kitchen had all we needed. It was a well set up apartment and comfortable.

Would have been good to have more tea and coffee as we were there for 3days. But that’s only a small thing.

Spacious, very good location next to train station on the quieter side of Lucerne. Good facilities including washing machine and dryer.

Property didn’t have aircond - but I would say that’s not usually an issue. Was bad timing due to heatwave that swept through Europe during our stay. Otherwise I would recommend.

The location is perfect! Quiet but very close to the railway station (3 min)and the main tour sites (within 10 minutes to each other )of Luzern. Also only a min away from Macchi Bakery and Coop supermarket. The apartment is cozy with all domestic and cooking equipments available. There are cutleries, plates, cups, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, fridge, coffee capsule machine, electric kettle, washing machine, dryer machine, etc., so complete that you can really feel at home in the apartment! You need to self check in but no worries at all coz Easy Living is gonna send you very clear instructions a few days before check in. We had a very smooth self check in referring to the instructions. Special thanks to Easy Living to allow us an extra hour of check out time which was very important for us. Hopefully we will visit Luzern very soon and can stay in your apartment again!

Host was willing to allow my early check-in, and the check-in method was also detailed and easy along with photos. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent in the kitchen, tableware, and bedrooms. It is easy to move because the distance between Jungang Station and the dock is very close. There is also a supermarket nearby within 5 minutes. It is a lodging that I would like to recommend to people around me.I feel as comfortable as my own home.

This beautifully appointed apartment is ideally situated within 5 minutes of the train station, about 10 minutes from the Old Town and proximate to most attractions in Luzerne. Although there are a few steps to ascend at the buildings entrance , there is a lift from there. We were traveling with another couple and rented two apartments (on the first and third floors). The kitchen is adequately equipped with a 2-burner stove, oven, ample equipment and a smallish (by American standards) frig with mini freezer. The first floor unit had a comfortable dining table and sofa. The bathroom was spacious and included a high quality washer and dryer ( a rarity in Switzerland). For those who need to self cater (we have dietary restrictions) or prefer the extra breathing room of apartment living (vs. claustrophobic hotels), look no further. This is your place! But in case you need more convincing, the property managers were one of the best I have encountered. They answered all messages swiftly and are extremely customer focused. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lack of air conditioning during an unseasonably warm weather pattern. But this is standard for Switzerland where air conditioning is extremely uncommon.
