Charming Studio near Rotsee Lucerne Kitchen, WiFi, Washing machine

Cozy space, ideal for 2 or a small family. Got everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and TV. Parking space and just 10 mins drive to central Lucerne.

The studio is spacious, clean and has all the amenities advertised. We were able to cook and wash our clothes, which saved us money. Bus stop to Lucerne city centre is just a 3-minute walk. Bus ride is 15 minutes to train station. Parking is safe and just outside the door. The host was also nice and helpful.

Nice area and locality. Perfect size to fit our need. All desired amenities were available. Host was super supportive

Nothing much. Only suggestion for host to guide first timer little better who comes with load of luggage. The shortest distance has @ 20+ step to climb with luggage, while alternative route is quite easy. We had to climb stairs with 3 bags and 3 backpacks first time, while later realised a smooth way which was good. This is not a negative remarks but opportunity for improvement in communication.

The room was very good for our needs. Very clean with nicely equipped kitchen. Adamo was extremely helpful in informing us (with excellent English) about local groceries and transit. He even guided us through the local bus app (FAIRTIQ) and clearly explained its workings. It's a quick, easy walk down some stairs to the main street for buses that run frequently to/from downtown Lucerne. And a 15/20-minute walking loop was available from the front door, ascending along a running stream up to pastureland with a nice view of the rolling hills. A delightful way to begin each morning! Great location!

Host was helpful and responsive. Apartment was functionally well kited out. Good shower pressure.

Nothing really charming about the place. It's a modern studio unit. Perfectly functional but aesthetically bland. Noise insulation not great. Was woken by cupboards being closed and footsteps in adjoining building. The location is literally suburban with no local restaurants, grocery stores or cafes. Tram service is close and frequent which makes the place more accessible. Check-out time was early (10am) for European standards and no place to store luggage. Overall I felt the price point was on par with some 3 star city centre hotels and given the ordinariness, sub-optimal location and early checkout was not good value for money for solo/couple travellers.

Very clean and Cosy. Easy access to the bus to get into Lucerne.
