The location is absolutely perfect. So close to so many attractions, particularly the Golden Triangle of Art. I had all the amenities I needed, and the neighbors were quiet. Overall I had a great stay!

I am an easy man to please, so I really don’t have anything to complain about. The bed could have been a bit bigger, but for a few days, I could manage.

Great location. Basically, you have everything you need for leaving.

They had a folder with instructions and maps.

Safety, microwave 1.8m high dangerous when aking hot food out. Also hard to reach controls. Fan pedestal no cover. No fire extinguisher. No evacuation plan for fire in building. Quality, shower small maybe 80cm square. Dining table small. Chairs fold up. No space for suitcase. Wall plaster cracking, paint peeling. Bed is a divan bed has to be open and closed everyday otherwise no space. Health, bathroom floor tile grout missing. Mould in the joints and on shower screen door at bottom rail. Wall and floor tiles cracked. Mould in washing machine. Very noisy neighbours. Wall Heater too small for space.

The apartment is situated within walking distance from many tourist attractions eg. Prado, Reina Sofia etc. Lavapies metro station, supermarkets, bars are nearby as well. It is clean and well equipped. It has everything what a tourist on a budget needs to stay for a couple of days in Madrid.

The apartment is dark and slightly claustrophobic. The two small windows face the patio and therefore the light had to be on even during daytime. The air circulation is not the best and the fan needed to be on all night. The next door neighbours had noisy debates until morning hours and woke us up constantly. When the bed was unfolded there was a limited space to move and going to the toilet at night was a difficult task.
