Location was excellent and nice rules that ensured the apartment block was quiet. Kitchen well equipped and heating was perfect.

We found the bed a little uncomfortable for us.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Note that you need to walk a few minutes to pick up the keys, but we didn’t mind as it's only a 5-minute walk. The owner is very nice and responsive, always ready to explain anything or answer questions. While the soundproofing isn’t the best and there isn’t much natural daylight in the apartment, it’s not an issue if you're out exploring the city most of the time. Also, a deposit is required upon arrival, but it was refunded to my card just as promised, right after our stay. The location is fantastic—very close to a metro stop and within walking distance to the city center.

It’s location was perfect. Bed was not greatest quality sheets etc, and did not feel the cleanest but because of the darkness in the room, i slept wonderfully.

It’s in the bottom corner of a building, and smells damp. There is no natural light, so you are unsure what time of day it is. There is no daily room service, but they provide a broom.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with all facilities in a great location around Madrid city center.

Keys at arrival where far away from the apartment like 400 meters for oiwners convenience!! No one does it ! At least a safe should be provided with code info like everybody does. I will tell all people I know about this disgusting situation

Owners do not behave as honest people. When I arrived to get my keys in their luggage storage shop abt 400m away they announced that there was no Hot Water because of gas supplier shortage in the apartment and that it PROBABLY would be normalized by the next day. For one day we could not have baths after long trip and sweat bodies , The owners told me that they did know the situation since 4 days before but didnt noticed me about in order to still have the chance to decide to cancel the reservation and look for another apartment. In order to compensate this serious fault the owners told me that I would be reimbursed by a value to be defined;. I need this confirmation. Another important point, the aparment has a lot of humidity and therefore bad smell; in order to hide it the owner installed dehumidifier otherwise it would not be able to live in it. I highly DO NOT recommend have this apartment in BOOKING.COM site any more. Please confirm if you are going to do ti.

Walking distance from important sights.

The aircoditioner was out of order. And although promised to have it repaired, nobody pitched. The door of washing machine hung on only one hinge.

The location was so central and the price was great!

It was lived in as in someone obviously lives there and vacates when they get a booking. The sheets were lived in, smelled, and the whole place felt a bit dreary, no windows, no air and definitely needed a bit of paint! The noise was neighbours was shocking, ok if you’re not travelling with young children.
