Location, accessibility and friendly service

It will be great to provide soap, shampoo and shower gel every a couple of days. Plus if possible to get the internet speed a bit faster

I liked the location, the neighborhood and the apartment. Customer support was nice and very quick to reply. The app for the apartment was very comfortable to use.

It wasn't clear that the apartment didn't include 3 bathrooms. It include 2 bathrooms+ toilet and one extra toilet. Also it wasn't clear enough that the elevator arrive to second floor and you need to climb half floor. It should be clearer

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It was clean, spacious and well-located. The only draw back of the apartment is that there were not shelves in the bedroom to put things down.

It was difficult to get the keys. Even though we notified them plenty of time in advance when we would be arriving, we had to call several times until they came with the keys, later than promised. It was not pleasant waiting outside for over an hour with all of our luggage, all the while being told that they'll get there eventually, just to wait patiently.
