Excelente ubicación. Se llega a todos los lugares de interés caminando, con mucha vida en el entorno, pero silencioso para poder descansar. El departamento estaba bien equipado y tuvimos todo lo necesario.

Como oportunidad de mejora, podrían dejar agua para la llegada.

Excellent location in Huertas. A supermarket and restaurants a minute or two away. Easy walking distance to the art galleries and El Retiro park in one direction; slightly further in the other direction to Plaza Mayor and Sol, and with the area between full of shops and restaurants. The flat is at the back of the building overlooking a quiet street. We catered for breakfast, drinks and snacks, and ate out for lunch and dinner. The beds were comfortable, plenty of storage space, a large separate lounge.

It was not particularly well equipped if, say, you wanted to cook for a family. There was a basic induction hob which I found quite difficult to operate and was slow. We only used it to boil a kettle. The dining chairs were basic and flimsy, and one broke when I sat on it because a bolt had come loose. After reporting the accident, the agents were very helpful and they replaced the broken chair with two new and sturdier chairs a couple of days later. The maintenance man also spent time tightening the joints of the other chairs. There was no outside space.

COMMUNICATION After a horrible start toy Summer vacation in London from poor communication from a host. This was completely opposite. I missed my taxi pick-up and had some phone problems but the host, Minty, kept open communication into the night. They were always there and made amazing adjustments to ensure that I got housed. Arriving at night is cleary more challenging in a new place they did me well. They also continually keep in contact when we were settled. LOCATION This is euro for euro possibly the best location in Madrid. We were at the middle of everything. Meters away from the Botanical Garden, Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Atocha train station, Restaurants, shopping and minutes away from the main shopping strop, the Grand Via. APARTMENT Lovely, three rooms, air-conditioned, kitchen, spacious family room. Functional elevator and stairs. Clean! These are professionals and what they offer and excellent ambassadors for Madrid. I would stay at the apartment again and highly recommend!

The heatwave that was on (38 degrees Celcius on average) Can't blame the hosts 😂

Really good location, apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Company was very professional, friendly and responded very quickly.

There wasnt anything to dislike

The location is fantastic, with plenty of options for bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the front door. Great access to tourist attractions as well so you'll have no problems finding things to do. The staff are very nice and helpful as well, and gave us some recommendations on where to start on our first night and were supportive with all of our subsequent queries through the week that we were there. The flat itself is a great space that stays cool and has all the facilities you could need, with good WiFi being especially appreciated by our group. I would definitely like to come back on any future trips to Madrid.
