The weather was hot and no air conditioning was available only 1 fan, I had to ask for another fan, and a few more things that were missing. The neighborhood was too noisy and the apartment was right on the street where we could not open the windows to get fresh air. The curtains also did not keep out the prying eyes.

The position was perfect and easy to get everywhere thanks to the subway, the apartment and the furniture were clean and the check-in was very easy thanks to the indications of the host

We booked the apartment for four people, but it had only one bed (for two people) and a couch, which could host only one person, since it was not the one we saw in the pictures on the site: we found another one. In plus the room was pretty cold, so we asked the host for other duvets and we had to pass the night like that, because he brought it only the morning after

The blankets where extremely dirty with blood stains all over the place. Otherwise the place was good.

Excellent location as it was a couple of streets away from where our son and his wife live whose wedding we were in Madrid for. There were good local places to have breakfast within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. 2 metro stations were close by - Pueblo Nuevo and Quintana. 20 minutes to the city centre.

The apartment was well equipped with basic kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses but there were no dishcloths, tea towels or washing-up liquid. We bought washing up liquid and left the few pieces we had to wash up on the draining rack.

Good value for money given how expensive Madrid is. Bed was comfy, though not very wide for a double. Flat was functional, good kitchen. Very clean. Good bathroom. Fine for a good value couple of nights, wouldn't want to spend too much time in the flat.

The check-in was very poor. We were charged 25 euros extra for changing our check in time - it does not state this clearly on the booking page at the time of booking. Surely most people who are arriving from a different city find it difficult to specify when their exact check-in time will be? Also, we booked for 4 people but it just has one double(small) bed and a sofa bed which isn't great. Stain on the sofa. It's ground floor, so either have the window shutters down or feel a bit visible to people passing on the street.
