Great location apart from a few drunks in the evening shouting about .. Veronica who meet us & checked us in & out was very nice & pleasant

The Owner called Sol is not very helpful it’s a old building which is lovely but it shows air conditioning on the booking but it’s ventilation with just one compressor outside the apartment was very very hot & I asked the lady 2/3 if you bring me a fan this will be fine but no reply & excuses of finding a engineer .. tbh my wife & I run a maintenance buisness ourselves so we understand hospitality excuses & not taking care but taking money isn’t good enough.. the lift was broken & reading other views before last Christmas it wasn’t fixed which wasn’t a problem for us but for older people it will be

The location was central and the apartment was very clean and quiet.

We were told there was an elevator but it had obviously been broken for a long time. Fortunately we were only on the second floor. The person who met us was very pleasant but didn’t speak English so we couldn’t get any recommendations for restaurants or local places. I would have preferred having a book with information about the area.

Great location and very comfortable

Clean and well presented and close to major tourist attractions.

The area while close to everything was a bit gritty- we had no issues but there were lots of police around and very multicultural.

The host adapted to our arrival time and everything was perfect. The location is perfect you can walk to all in 10 minutes great brunch places and restaurants around. The decoration is amazing and the rooms and bathroom were comfortable and nice. There was some coffee and tea available for our use as well. I forgot my backpack and the host went above and beyond to facilitate the pick up of it.

The place was beautiful and modern looking. It was roomy for our family of 4 with two adult sons. It was very close to Plaza Mayor, Cava Baja, and so many wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish we had a couple extra bath towels, and even towels to help clean up the kitchen with. We didn't know how to use the coffee maker at first and water spilled all over the counter and there was a only a thin kitchen towel so I used my bath towel and then just washed it. They have a laundry machine but no dryer so the cycle to wash and air dry takes 24 hours. But this is such a small nit. Overall the place was beautiful and had everything we needed.
