La chaleur dans l appartement comme l appartement et petit avec Juste un ventilateur ses pas suffisant au mois de juin en plus pas de fenêtre il y a une fenêtre mais elle donne a l intérieur sa serait bien de mettre un petit climatiseur

Great location with easy access to public transport. Although there are many bars and restaurants nearby, the apartment is quiet.

Very uncomfortable, terrible bed with a noisy frame. Mouldy walls and ceiling in the bathroom. With no windows facing the street, it is difficult to ventilate the apartment and there is no natural light.

Location was great, we had never use the subway, walked everywhere from the apartment.

This place reminds me why I should only choose to stay at hotels with 24-hours reception. The check-in process was the worst experience we have ever had. Even though I sent them a message about our approximate arrival time a day in advance, no one was there. I tried to reach them via Booking.com's messaging section, no one replied. The thing is I couldn't send them a msg through WhatsApp because apparently their business account can't chat with phone numbers with my country code... So I tried to send them a message via Instagram, but nothing! We have been waiting for someone to greet us for like 1,5 hours. Then I found a restaurant nearby and asked for their help to call them, but they also couldn't reach them even they called them. Luckily I sent a msg via Google Maps (which I didn't even know it's possible) and finally somebody replied to my msg. After an hour and a half, somebody showed up and said that they were really sorry, they also tried to reach us but couldn't do that etc. I was ready to give them a 1 star at that time, but then they were really nice and said that they wanted to make it up to us. So as a favor, they wanted to buy us any tickets we want. It was a really big gesture and at that moment I said myself I had to be objective when rating the apartment. We chose the Thyssen Museum tickets but they said there were no tickets available. Dropping us to the airport was one of the options, so we chose it secondly. But after that moment, no one got in touch with us. So eventually, we stopped trying to talk to them and tried to have fun during our stay. Eventually, we bought ourselves tickets and visited the Thyssen Museum even though they said that there were no tickets available. And on our last day, we went to the airport by ourselves. So thanks for nothing.

Great place! Really close to everything you can imagine in Madrid! Fantastic area full of local cafes and bars. Clean and lovely apartment. Great communication with Minty Stay, available any time via WhatsApp.

The apartment has only one window to the entrance area. No windows to the street.

The Location was perfect - within easy walking distance of public transport, restaurants and attractions. The host was at the property to meet us and any glitches we had on arrival were sorted out immediately. We had a very comfortable stay.

The bathroom was not very close to the bedroom.

Someone met me to explain the whole process, showed me the rooms, bathroom, made sure keys worked, showed trash sorting, etc.

I was hoping there was a window to the street so it was a bit darker than I expected, but the place was as the photos show.

It´s a very cute small apartment perfect for 2 people. We were 3 but we still managed very well. The detail of having a coffee machine and some capsules was great for the early mornings. It was clean and the location was amazing..

We didn´t like the lack of natural light as there are only panels that imitate natural light, but it was okay for 4 days.
