very spacious apartment. Kitchen fully loaded with appliances. Good supply of coffee and muffins.

flights of stairs to get to second floor ( actually 3rd from the street). no hand railings on hall stairs. lighting dim and not on motioin sensor. Several small items needed to be repaired especially in bathroom and outside windows. Area can be noise very early inthe morning with vendors setting up and slightly noisy in the evening until about 11pm

Very responsive offsite manager. Location. spacious apt, extra large sofabeds, wellstocked kitchen, lots of small niceties- coffee, muffins, toster, tostado jaker, smoothie maker, juicer, Many electrical outlets

Two+ poorly lit flights of stairs with no hand railings. Fair maintenanence- kitchen sink faucet loose, towel rack in bathroom coming off, windows very old-not renovated. Shower poorly constructed-slightly moldy, shower floor feels safe but looks unfinished-water drains out from bottom onto the bathroom floor. Metal black strip around kitcken seems without purpose, unattractive and potentially dangerous. Apt can be very noisy some very early mornings

The host was very attentive and helpful. Answered immediately when I asked a question. The apartment was very well equipped and central.

Not a problem for me and my husband but the fact there is no elevator would make it hard for an older person and someone with physical problems.

The location is perfect, and the apartment was very clean. Just below the apartment there is a hot dog store which is really handy, because it stays open until late.

Early in the morning, people used to clean the street and the shops below the apartment with really noisy machines, and the windows are not soundproof, so it was a bit annoying.

Great location, easy walking distance to all tourist attractions. Sandra was a very helpful host anything we asked she provided relevant information.

A little bit noisy at night time as there are some food places in lane way below.
