De locatie kan niet beter! De slaapkamers liggen ver uit elkaar zodanig dat je niet gestoord wordt door eventueel gesnurk! Indeling vh appartement (allemaal achter elkaar) ingang, kamer 1 ,tv salon, douche-wc kamer 1, douche-wc kamer 2, keuken & eetkamer, slaapkamer2. In de buurt zijn vele restaurants.aanrader is Indigna (4 huizen verder). Hebben er elke avond gedineerd. Vraag naar een vermout en je krijgt een hele show als bediening.De parkeergarage aan de overkant is een plus punt. De communicatie met de eigenaar via whatsapp is top. Conclusie: dit appartement is een echte aanrader. Komen zeker terug bij ons volgende bezoek aan Madrid.

De voorste kamer heeft wel wat last van de dagelijkse huisvuil ophaling in de vroege ochtend.
