Close to things we needed to see and there was good space.

No windows so it felt a little like a basement

Location was great. Nicely appointed. Best pillows.

Downloading the app in order to get entry was problematic. Eventually sorted and from then on entry to the apartment from the app was not difficult.

excellent location and newer furniture and appliances

there was a strong mold smell and significant humidity in the lower bedroom and bathroom. there was a dehumidifier that was given by the owner but it was not on when arriving. even after turning it on the humidity and mold smell were still quite strong. there is no living room for family to gather in. there is very little outside light coming into the apartment. the kitchen ac/heating unit did. it work. we contacted the owner who said they would come to fix it, but they never showed up. the kitchen was quite cold in the mornings. the kitchen and bathroom spaces were extremely cramped. difficult for a 180cm man to use

Love the location of this apartment!! It was located right in the middle of it all with lots around for days you didn't want to go into the city. The place has three separate rooms and each have a an en-suite which is great for groups. Digital key helps a lot as well!

Didn't have much daylight like shown in the photos in other rooms and currently has work being done on the outside so we were woken up by the loud bangs in the morning. Also the address was not for our place so was difficult getting in and out as the location was off on the booking

Location and originality of the apartments

The flat was in a convenient location for Atocha. It has 3 bathrooms. It was clean, if run down and suffering from being airless and below ground in parts.

The flat was on the ground floor which was not mentioned in the description. This meant a lot of noise from people coming and going, especially at night. There were no instructions or helpful information in the flat. We had to ask for the wifi details after arrival and we did not receive these until the second day. Although the flat does have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, these are very cramped, as is the kitchen. We could not open the microwave door due to a broken surround. The only kitchen detergent provided was one dishwasher tablet although there is no dishwasher! The batteries for the TV and air con were dead. The shower gel containers were not easy to use as we feared they would fall off the wall. Some tiles were loose in the showers.

Separate bathrooms, good rooms. Everything at the bathroom, and all equipment a in the kitchen. Location perfect! Nice design

No lounge zone, only dinner table. No Windows.

Very nice appartment with lots of space and located on a historical street. Great dinning options nearby with Paseo del Prado just a short walk away. Also Atocha train station very near by.
