Claudio was very good host, the location, apart etc...

The location cannot be any better -- only a couple of minutes from Gran Via, Madrid's busiest and liveliest street. You will reach most of the top attractions, parks, and museums within 5 to 30 minutes walking distance from here. If you enjoy walking like we do, you may probably not need any transportation during your stay. The apartment is more than enough for a couple: the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything one might need, there is a couch you can chill on, etc. Nothing is missing, really. On top of all, Claudio is a wonderful host. He greeted us with a smiling face and a couple of cold beers, recommended us some of the nicest local places around, and made us feel home until we had to say goodbye to this beautiful city.

There isn't anything we did not like about this place.

Great host. Great location. Clean and easy to access. Made tons of recommendations and was very welcoming and helpful.

This is right in the heart of Madrids tourist area and because of it, it is very loud at night. If we hadn’t brought earplugs we likely wouldn’t have gotten a full nights sleep. Other than that it was everything we needed.

Apartment was great, clean and with all the needed amenities. Great location, 5 mins away from Gran Via and all main attractions reachable by walk. Most of all the host was super. He is so gentle and kind, showed us around the apartment and also gave us some good tips for restaurants and places to visit. He welcomed us with beer and tapas. We highly reccommend.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Beautiful studio, quiet and stylish, so close to Gran Via and local restaurants and supermarkets. Claudio (owner) was excellent, met us on arrival, collected keys on departure, and couldn't have been more helpful.

Spacious comfortable apartment in central location. Wonderful host who accommodated our early arrival to meet and provide refreshments.

Could not be in a better location! We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do either by bus or walking. The host is great, gave us lots of great recommendations.
