The apartment was very comfortable and fully met our expectations.

Location was good. The unit was clean and worked well for our group of four, using one of the bedrooms for our clothes and suitcases etc. Nice inclusions with some snacks, coffee pods, and wine etc. for our arrival. Some little restaurants and bars at the bottom and top of the street and a very short walk to Gran Via and other attractions. Washing machine in the bathroom was great but a drying rack would have been useful.

No safe in the apartment and the safe downstairs in the communal lock box room wasn't working while we were there. Lots of stairs to get to our room, and the lift only goes to the half floor (in between floors) so beware that you will have to carry bags up some stairs. The third bedroom is pretty small and there wasn't much storage for clothes (if you wanted to unpack). The lounge room was also a little cramped with a large dining table taking up a lot of space.

very nicely decorated; great central location, clean and well equipped. the mgmt was very responsive.

The location is very good,can go to tourist attractions. The apartment is comfortable and clean.

The location was not as we expected, the stairs of the building and the location for the lift wasn’t helpful for elderly people or people on wheels.

Great location. very good for three family couples.
