Está muy bien ubicado. A pasos de la gran vía.

Es un edificio antiguo, difícil entender las indicaciones del check in. Para ingresar se hace con el celular por lo que debes procurar tener internet y batería. Antes de ingresar me hicieron pagar un depósito de 200 euros (el que supuestamente en días me devuelven), el problema es que se abona poniendo tus datos de tu tarjeta en una página ajena a booking por lo que me genera desconfianza.

Da localização, realmente você consegue fazer tudo a pé, bem no centro de Madri e ao lado da Gran Via.

O acesso ao Anfitrião é praticamente impossível, eles não atendem o telefone disponibilizado, nem por Whatsapp e nem por ligação, e o e-mail demoram a responder, como estávamos sem internet foi muito difícil o contato, tanto que só conseguimos entrar 1 hora após o Check in, tendo que ficar na rua com nossas malas, alguns eletrodomésticos não funcionam perfeitamente, uns muito antigos e outros com defeito.
