Good location. Good wifi. The handler was very nice and welcoming.

The apartment was not very well maintained, the cleanliness was iffy, the air conditioning was only in one room and the remote was nowhere to be found, the location was good within the city but the neighborhood was iffy too.

Very comfortable beds and it's a modern apartment with great local culture. Shops, cafes and bars all within a 3 minute walk. Didn't meet staff but they were extremely attentive on the phone. Madrid Centre was roughly a 10 minute drive away so the location was great for us.

Parking was difficult but there'll be a space around somewhere.

Very good follow up from the host. The appartement is large, good mattresses, free parking in front of the appartement and close to the metro station.

The first thing that stroke us was the specific smell in the appartement when we entered. This is not surprising considering the fact that an insecticide was used to treat the cockroaches in the bathroom. We were concerned for the kids, as the insects were lying dead on the floor. We did not feel well and comfortable. The second thing is that due to the proximity with the street and bad isolation, every outside noise feels like in your accommodation, sometimes late during the night. Third, the appartement needs a better maintenance.
