The location

Very noisy at night as there are bars close by and the apartment is not properly insulated. The AC was not working and it was terribly cold in the mornings

We like ambient of the city. Location of the app was closed to the city center. The app has been renovated and pleasantly and modestly furnished.

Communication in English was not possible with the owner. It would be advisable to request the necessary documents from the owner at least some time in advance not in a last moment.

Modern, clean, efficient, well organised

Friday and saturday evening and night quite noisy in the courtyard. But it’s manageable. The shower’s hot water is somehow regulated to have so little water that the shower becomes cold after 1 minute: not enough time to have a hair wash. But i’m sure it can be easily fixed

Good value for money. Nice little studio, well equipped with everything you need for two persons. Except a kitchen knife, I had to buy one myself :). Washing machine, dish washer, small but nice bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Good location with its plus and minuses (good: near public transport stations, lots of bars, small restaurants, grocery shops very near to the apartment.)

Pillows - could have been better. View - it comes with the location in the residence building, but there is no view - apartment is looking to other apartments in the next building. Curtains on the window would have been nice, so one could raise the blinds during the day. Did not bother us that much though because we were out all day, apartment was just for breakfast and sleeping. Location - good because of all the stuff mentioned, but also bad because of it - couple of nights there was a lot of noise from young people having fun until 3:30 in the morning. I guess it depends on one's luck.

In a good area close to everything.

Towels were stained and we could have used paper towels.

To avoid! The worst experience I ever had. Most important: they didn't provide me with an invoice/receipt even if I requested it in advance and they indicated on their listing that they were able to provide it. I was on a business trip and needed a document to get a reimbursement for accommodation expenses. I informed them in advance and they confirmed that there would be no issue. However, I received nothing. I was calling the property and booking.com help desk almost every day for 4 weeks after this trip - still, no documents were provided. So my reimbursement period expired and I lost almost 600 euros. Check-in was also terrible: a manager doesn't speak English and was not able to communicate properly. I couldn't receive any check-in instructions until the last minute. I was already preparing myself to sleep at the airport when a strange video in Spanish finally arrived. It took me a long time to figure out from this video where the place is. And when I finally found it, it turned out that they gave me directions to the wrong apartment because they manage several and mixed everything up. The apartment itself is not too bad but very noisy. There were problems with hot water and air conditioning. It has a huge window that exposes the entire apartment to the street and you cannot get any fresh air or daylight without feeling like you're in an aquarium.
