Good location. Relatively comfortable neighbourhood. Conveniently located near a metro station and bus connections to all parts of the city. Good value as shared apartment but other guests very quiet.

The apartment was a little cluttered with personal belongings and I found some electrical wiring that was little exposed on the bedside plug sockets.

It was a nice place, clean and the balcony was very beautiful.

What ruined it for me was when i came to the entrance of a building I wrote and called the owner but he didn't pick up or write for more then 3 hours so i was waiting in front of the building and basically lost the whole day even though i gave him approximately time when i was arriving. After that he was responsive but it still ruined everything for me

Room was ok for the price; since I travelled for work, I didnot stayed at the room much; just came to sleep at night and left in early morning; but if you need to stay longer at the room then it may not be comfortable.

Shelton was an excellent host - very available and amicable.

Price Is the only good thing of this Place.

All the rest Is terribile. The bathrooms were super dirty, with the w.c Always used by Simeone Who leaves dirty w.c and other things and Dusty. The room Is tiny, Dusty and the bed was dirty as well filled with hairs of Someone and had bad smell. You have no privacy and you can hear everything around your room. There's no cleaning and welcoming staff.

Its a room in apartment own by old man. Sharing bathroom. Great location. Great price. Quiet. Conviniance.

Clean and comfortable. Basic but fine.

Host is very unreliable with communications. Fortunately one of the apartments returning residents let me in the front door of the apartment block. I could then access my accommodation. Various plumbing noises through the night.

Location good (500 metres from Metro), owner helpful, room nice, bed comfy.

I felt that communication by Booking.com message is better than WhatsApp. Need to sort out getting into apartment sooner than before the day of arrival
