La ubicacion

El horno no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado no se podia ni regular ni apagar y el automàtico se disparaba de manera aleatoria. Y en el comedor habia mucho mueble y poco espacio.

If air con is important to you, dont book here. NONE in any of the 3 bedrooms, and just a weak one in the corner of the living room, so useless at night when needed. The heat was intense inside the apartment block. Terrible inside the apartment, chipped furniture & floors, patched up walls, water damaged kitchen ceilings, filthy stained walls throughout, I could go on- it made our skin crawl. Do yourself a favour, book ANYWHERE else. We were so disappointed when we arrived, we checked out as soon as we could & didnt even spend the night. Complaint with booking.com in progress & videos of how bad it was have been sent.

"Spacious, stylish and in a brilliant location!"

The apartment was well styled and comfortable to be in. The decor was tasteful but I would say that they could potentially use a smaller dinner table or remove the coffee table to allow better movement through the living room to the other rooms. All the rooms were very big and had lots storage in them for putting away luggage/clothes. The staff at the MIT House office were very nice and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was right next to a popular metro stop in an up and coming area of Madrid. The restaurants, shops and people were amazing.

We had a small issue with the internet (due to ongoing construction in the area) which affected the internet enabled locks. MITHouse were incredibly responaive and within a few hours were able to have a key to us to allow us to continue enjoying our holiday!!
