Apartamento estilo nórdico en Malasaña (Madrid Centro)

Great 2 bedroom apartment 10 min walk from Gran Via in a lively but not busy area. A few restaurants and shops are just around the corner but once on Gran Via and Callao you have everything you might want. The location couldn't have been any better. It was also quiet to sleep as it's a residential area. The bedrooms were good sizes as well as the living room / kitchen area. Everything was modern. Wifi is very good and suitable for working. Getting the keys worked fine and the host was available to help via a WA call, which was very helpful.

The apartment is quite dark as it's on the ground floor but I guess that's typical for lower floor apartments in Spain. The bedrooms get sunlight during the day.

Location was amazing.

Everything was fabulous. Claudio greeted us beautifully with beers and snacks. He is a wonderful host and he also gave us a list of places to see.

Excellent location, able to walk to all areas of the city with numerous restaurant options locally. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and gave a great base to explore from.

Some street noise overnight.

Superb location in the hipster part of town.

Host was super friendly. Flat was clean and confortable. No street noise. Good Wifi. Position is good, well connected by underground from 10 minutes walking Plaza de España station.

2 mins walk to Carefour Express, 7 mins to Mercadona, very friendly host, warm and comfortable stay! Recommended!

The location was perfect. Lots of activities there, close to the metro, train station, historical plazas and commercial area. The place was well-designed, everything we need for eating, cleaning, entertainment and bath were there. But the best thing is the host Claudio. He welcomed us, gave our keys, directions and tips, and offered us welcome drinks - cold beer!!! He is very customer-oriented, proof of which is that he brought battery-powered lights and charged our devices in his house while waiting for the power company to bring back electricity. His Argentinian flare, helpfulness, and overall nice-guy demeanor made us miss him. I’ll rent out his space whenever I have the chance.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. Extremely clean,with all amenities, located in the center of the city.Our host Claudio was wonderful and caring.We will definitely come back.
