The location was good and the apartment at first glance looks very fancy.

The heaters did not work and we were freezing. Customer service non existent, I called and left a lot of messages but no one answered. A lot of dust on the heaters and in the room corners.

"I really enjoyed the comfort there."

Very clean and tidy apartment. All necessary equipment involved. You just have to go in, without taking much staff for maintenance. Preety good location if someone likes quietness and calmness. Good app (even though it has bad opinions on the Intetnet). Good contact with the office via mail (they helped me with checking in). Kitchen with big table top. 2 bathrooms in a very good shape.

The one and only disadvantage that comes to my mind was the sofa/bed in main room. It was not in the best shape, and some parts of it were moving during sleeping, which caused little holes between parts of the bed. I would recommend replacing it for new one (or using two-floored bed if there are only 4 of you there).
