Appartamento bello, nuovo, pulito, silenzioso e soprattutto spazioso (anzi direi enorme, come bilocale, per esigenze di un singolo ospite con soggiorno di breve durata), inserito in un contesto condominiale decoroso e con l'indubbio plus di un garage interno gratuito.

Suggerirei di anticipare di almeno un'ora il check-in (cosa che peraltro mi è stata consentita, in questa occasione, non essendovi ospiti il giorno prima), e di riscontrare in modo più celere chiamate e messaggi.
