Location in the city is great.

Townhouse complex disappointing for the price. Not very well maintained facility/complex. Mattresses on 3 of 4 beds need replacing, not comfortable due to springs. Location in the city is nice but not of value charged for the accommodations.

We had a terrible experience that we just want to warn others about. This property claims to offer free parking in the attached garage but the card pass didn’t work and we were slammed with almost $100 in parking fees during our stay. They initially said they would refund me but I’ve been following up for months and now they just ignore me. Aside from that, they didn’t bother to tell us that there is no way to get on/off the property without walking up and down 4 flights of stairs, which my elderly mother couldn’t handle. There is supposed to be an elevator but the local residents told us that it had been out of order for months. Nobody bothered to share that info with us. Overall, terrible service/communication, no free parking as stated and not very clean. Aside from the convenient location, not a good experience at all.

The location was right in the centre easy access to all bars and resturaunts. Everything we needed in apartment was there. Communication between myself and host was good, they got back to me straight away.

Lovely clean apartment with loads of room. Excellent location in a quiet complex. Great service and communication. Highly recommend for families wanting cooking facilities.

Location was in town, but not easy to find. Accommodation clean, well equipped and comfortable for a large group. Great kitchen and living room area to spend time as group. welcome basket with treats was a lovely gesture.

The lifts to the accommodation were out of action so only stair access when the shopping centre closed. The stair wells also dirty and smelly. The parking pass was not available in the accommodation and despite lots of assurance and communication I would be refunded for parking 3 weeks later still not received. Poor communication since leaving property to resolve issue. Shame as accommodation was good.

Location was great and townhouse a good size. Broken lift wasn't great or the stored large euro bins of rubbish at the bottom of the stairs leading to the back of the sq.

Great pressure on the main shower albeit very noisy.

The house was warm

The check in process was very difficult - very hard to find and very very poor communication with host who went to mass for hours - very stressful for us
