"Modern, spacious and clean 1 bedroom apartment"

For a 1 bedroom apartment, the apartment is very spacious, bright, modern, spotlessly clean and quiet. The owner was helpful and friendly and easily contactable via Whatsapp. The positives are, - 2 lifts, 4th floor - large Kitchen very well equipped with microwave, oven, hotplates, jug, toaster, coffee machine. - large lounge with dining table and comfortable couch - balcony with table and chairs - 2 toilets, ensuite bathroom - lots of storage space, built in cupboards in the bedroom - electric shutters for the windows in bedroom and lounge - free outdoor parking just in front of the entrance. Wow! - close to town and very close to restaurants, bars and the seafront - 10 min. walk to the old town centre - lots of extras like detergent for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher, liquid soap in the bathroom and toilets, detergent in the kitchen, iron and ironing board. Note that recycling containers (including organic) are in the street behind the apartment. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

Being very picky, I prefer a separate shower cubicle to a bath/shower combination. Important of course for those with reduced mobility. While there is no view from the balcony, being further back from the main road means that the apartment is very quiet.

Perfect location for us. Just a couple of minutes walk to marina area. Could see Culatra Lighthouse from apartment balcony.

Spacious, like new property. Equipped with everything you need for short or long term. Nicely furnished. Comfortable.

Only small thing but bed linen and shower could be upgraded to match quality of rest of apartment.
