Girassol - Bright, modern, well located Apartment

Everything was great, Isabella,who was there to greet us, could not have been more helpful.

A lift would have helped, we were fully aware of the situation, the problem therefore was self inflicted We loved location, not everyone's choice,very close to school and in a residential area It didn't cause any problems, surprisingly it was pretty quiet

Excellent séjour passé à Olhao. L’hôtesse fut adorable. Appartement très grand, lumineux avec une décoration moderne. De plus, il y avait un bon nombre d’équipements et une attention de la part de l’hôtesse qui était plus qu’adorable.

Someone was there to meet us and accommodated our early check - in time due to the property being empty the evening before. The apartment is homely and has all kitchen appliances as well as cutlery, and cooking essentials such as pots, pans, microwave and oven and grill. Also has a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher to make it easy to keep on top of things whilst away. The location is ideal, in a residential block of apartments, with recycling bins outside to make it easy to dispose of waste. Apartment has strong wifi, TV signal, Netflix and other apps. As well as a 4 bolt lock and shutters for increased safety. There is an array of restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as ferries and water taxis for easy access to other islands to - there is a timetable for these located in the apartment for easy planning. I have been coming to Olhao for 5 years now and I wish I'd found this apartment sooner.

Only downside is there is no pool in the apartment block. However, as stated before there is easy access to beaches and other islands nearby. Also there is a hotel which is a 5 min walk away which has pool access for 35 euros per day which includes goes towards a bar tab throughout your day.

Air conditioning. Good location, in a residential neighborhood, and a 4 minutes walk from the riverfront. Well equipped kitchen.

Neighbors are sometimes noisy. Some repairs to do on the window blinds. One of the window blinds doesn't close, so you can't block the light into the living room and it's difficult to sleep. The bedroom is fine, you can black it out.
