The apartament is located in a quiet area, but right in the heart of the city. It was clean, comfortable, easy to check into and well equipped. We were provided with coffee pods, tea bags, wine and some candy 😊

Location is amazing, it's literally in the city center. Price is great. You can find street parking but on the same street as the apartment it's the most expensive tariff in Oradea (zone 0 - 8 RON/hour). You can find cheaper on nearby streets, weekend is free. We got the instructions to get in and everything was fine (easy to find, keys worked, no issues there). We had a bottle of white dry Romanian wine, 4 apples and 2 small bottles of water as a gift which was nice, the wine was quite good. Kitchen had electric portable over and electric portable cooker stove, a big fridge, microwave, pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery, wine & bottle opener. There was a small TV in the bedroom and a slightly bigger smart TV in the living room. Bathroom has a nice double shower that worked great and a window. There a separate smaller room that was probably not there before because it doesn't have it's own window and the wall between that room and the bedroom has a glass brick part to let the light in. Small room had a small wardrobe and a pull-out couch, there was also a.washing machine, hair drier, washing detergent, clothes rack and clothes iron + table. They provide free wifi as well. Of course, towels, toilet paper and there was tooth paste (colgate) and showe gel as well.

Check-in is from 16:00, the bed has an old mattress so not super comfortable and it squeeks, as does the bedroom door so we would wake eachother up going to the bathroom at night. The pillows are really bad, cheap with the filling clumped into smaller parts which made sleeping uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows did not smell clean, I don't think they were washed before we came. There was a bad smell we couldn't identify, either from the kitchen or the bathroom (even after tossing out a rotten broccoli we found in one of the kitchen drawers), not super strong but enough to bother us. No smell in the bedroom, luckily. You will need to use and empty the de-humidifier daily, the apartment is on the ground floor of an old building and there is a lot of humidity. The TV's are really small and the wifi only works well in the bedroom where the router is. The bathroom had a toothbrush holder which was super dirty but otherwise it was clean. We had ants on the kitchen counter where we kept bread in a plastic bags (but there were bread crumbs). The people who stayed in the next apartment (wall to wall) decided to have a loud music party at 6:40 in the morning on Sunday but stopped after I knocked on their door and asked them to turn the noise down. I feel sorry for these problems because the host was nice and with some small improvements it could be much better, definitely needs to be cleaned more thoughroughly (it seems like superficial cleaning and no fresh sheets to both of us). If you need to be in the center for a cheap price and not too picky about cleanliness/strong wifi, this is the place.
