Facility and building are amazing. There is nothing missing in the apartment or in the area. Really close to restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops. It is just a 5-minute drive to the city center and the area is really quiet.

Windows blinds and toaster were not functional

Új építésű, modern, szépen berendezett lakást kaptunk nagyon jó áron. A lakáshoz parkoló is tartozik. A ház liftes. Nagyon kényelmes volt.

Cartierul este construit cu gust; casa scării curată; liftul super; există un Lidl foarte aproape; cu excepția străzii intens circulate și cu zgomotul aferent, locatarii sunt discreți și liniștiți; curățenie exterioară și interioară ireproșabilă;

Are multe detalii de degradare care se observă în minutul 2 de la instalare, și anume: lipsa plaselor pt insecte, bateria de la o chiuvetă, pereții murdăriți, rulouri care nu funcționează; … și, tare ciudat, un miros persistent de pătrunjel sau de supă la plic …
