Am fost plăcut surprins de numeroasele „bonusuri” găsite în apartament: condimente, sare, oțet, sos de soia, dar și o bucătărie complet utilată cu absolut toate instrumentele de gătit la care te poți gândi. În plus, am găsit bureți, saci de gunoi, detergent de vase și prosoape de hârtie – totul foarte practic și atent gândit. Baia a fost și ea dotată peste așteptări, cu detergenți, spumă de ras și alte produse utile. Priveliștea este superbă, iar locația apartamentului este excelentă, chiar lângă un complex comercial, cu transport public foarte accesibil. Un mare plus îl reprezintă și locul de parcare dedicat, aflat chiar în complexul rezidențial.
