Great location , super spacious and clean!

It is very spacious, with the three bedrooms and it is verbal convenient that way for a group.

It would be great to have 2 bathrooms instead of one, but it is just a suggestion.

Great location, very big and comfortable beds in huge rooms. Kitchen with everything you may need and the most helpful host you could wish for. Secure parking included.

The location of the apartment is as advertised - excellent. Really close to the city center. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. A little bit outdated, but it can not come as a surprise, as this is very clearly presented in the pictures posted on the booking website. Great for 6 people.

The interaction with the hosts was simply terrible and something that we - as a family - have never experienced. For a bit of context, I booked this apartment for only one night, for my family of 6 persons (my husband, our parents, and my little sister). We arrived at approximately 6 PM at the location, and everything went smoothly, right until my father (as he has back and respiratory problems), noticed that the apartment was not warm enough. My father proceeded to kindly ask the host to increase the temperature in the apartment by 2 or 3 degrees so that we can sleep comfortably over the night (this would mean 21/22 Celsius degrees). Soon after this request, the husband of the host came into our apartment. In a matter of minutes, the discussion got pretty heated and soon after this, we were threatened really aggressively (by yelling and shouting) to leave immediately and to pack our bags. As it was late in the night, really cold outside, and because we were with our parents, we kept asking them where to go that late in the night and why is he behaving like that. The husband proceeded to threaten us that if we do not leave, he will cut our light and heat overnight. During the whole discussion, the husband also considered it to be normal to film us (our entire family) with his phone, while we were all sitting in our pajamas in the privacy of the rented apartment. We kindly asked him not to do that but he refused to do so. Soon after this, the entire family of hosts came to our apartment shouting and asking us to leave. The police were called by them and as expected, the police officer explained to them that they do not have the right, as we have paid for our accommodation, to come into our apartment or to threaten us to leave without a reason. In the end, the husband of the hosts went to the police station with the police officer and we ended up spending the night there. Really early in the morning, we left the apartment.
