Stylish Central 2 Bedroom Apartment - Free Parking, Free WiFi

Apartment itself was lovely. Nicely decorated & spotlessly clean.

Location wasn't great. Central to Kirkwall, but down a dingy alley. Shame to be in Orkney but have no views. It was fine for a base though.

no head board in bedroom and no recycling instructions and impersonal entrance upstairs. as the stairwell is private it could be decorated to give welcoming feel.

Central Kirkwall location and free parking.

One double room was small with a double bed against the wall. Not very comfortable for a couple. Very little room to unpack. The flat was for four but the living area only had one sofa which could comfortably accommodate 3 people.

The property was centrally located and finding the town's other amenities was easy. We found the property warm and clean on arrival.

We felt that it would be useful to revisit directions for finding the property to include entry to Frasers Close; perhaps a small diagram to show exactly where the property is, where best to unload luggage, the gate from carpark into Frasers Close.... Our experience with using the post code for directions was that in a car, contact was lost. Also suggest that folk experiencing difficulty with mobility should be deterred from booking

Location great- very central but quiet. Close to shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions. Kitchen and living/dining areas very well equipped. Mattresses really comfortable.

Shower extremely poor and towels so thin that a shower was a very miserable experience and far from ‘luxury’ Second bedroom should really be classed as a single as there was hardly any room to move and the double bed was pushed up to the wall. Also a slim drawer unit would be of much better use than the chair.
