Apartman Bloom

the location is excellent, just a few minutes away from all the main points of interest in Osijek, plenty of good restaurant choices nearby, apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with nice terrace (appreciated by my smoking friends especially); owner friendly, pictures on booking.com are accurate; owner let us park in front of apartment after check-out for a couple of hours before our departure

communication was a bit difficult, as owner only speaks Hrvatski and little to no English; we called 1h before arrival, but despite arriving at the agreed time, we had to wait for owner to arrive and were asked to move our car by a neighbor before the owner arrived; parking garage was a 15 minute walk away (4 minutes by car) and the access card did not work, had to sort that out at the garage, where again people only spoke Croatian and only little English (lost 20 minutes getting a new card for the owner, there was some strange issue with the card, but I did not understand what)

The apartment was very nice, there was a cozy balcony and patio with a barbecue which we used. There was a desk in the bedroom so I was able to work from there comfortably. The location was good, it was quiet even though located really close to the centre. The host was great, Mladen is an incredible person, we had issues with our car on the day we were leaving and thanks to him the issue was solved in less than an hour. He found a person to fix the car and stayed with us until we were ready to leave. Definitely would recommend it and would go back there if we visit Osijek again.

Brilliant location in a pedestrianised street close to everything on Osijek. The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need and also has a great balcony on the back overlooking a green space where you can sit and enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner. Guests also have the use of an outside dining / bbq area in the large back garden
