Apartment Ostend Dune

The location itself is outstanding, very private and one dune from the sea. The design is fantastic and the furniture as well as the appliances are premium quality. The LACLANCHE stove alone is a grail for passionate cooks. The furniture is higher than standard and perfect for tall people.

Truly nothing. If it was my apartment I would protect the feet of the wooden furniture to avoid it suffers when the floor is being washed. It also would be great to have keys for the door of the smallest of the three bedrooms to air the room.

Superb location and a lovely apartment all round, the area is residential and quiet, but all the facilities and Oostende itself are super easy to reach by car or by public transport. The beach is right out front, the private garden is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom is luxury with a walk in shower and a tub. It's also super convenient that a washing machine is available and plenty of cupboard space. We didn't meet the hosts, but they did send some messages before check-in to ensure everything was alright.

It's not that we didn't like anything, more a suggestion. We stayed there with 4 adults and while all 3 bedrooms are spacious, it would have been nice to have the 2nd bedroom with regular beds instead of a bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed as well, so perhaps it's a consideration to equip the 2nd bedroom with two single beds, that can be kept separate or be pushed together as applicable to the people staying there.
