A very cozy house, warm and nicely planed areas, good equipped kitchen and this property actually had everything a family might need. Also good comfortable beds. And a very helping and welcoming owner. The grocery shop is very close to the property. Oh, and an amazing view from the living room!

Some things you might want to consider: the 3rd floor and some mounted animals in the stairways - for us was totally fine, a pinch of local flavor.

The best impressions from our vacation here. Everything was perfect. The organization was so meticulous that nothing was missing. The view from every part of the house was wonderful. The owner was especially hospitable. I would come back with great pleasure and would highly recommend it.

Accoglienza fantastica. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con vino, bibite , cialde caffè e dolcetti vari. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e super accessoriato.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und bietet eine tolle Ausstattung. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und man kann sogar den Garten mitnutzen.

Nagyon szép környezetben található az apartman, rengeteg program és látnivaló van 40 perces autóúton belül, családdal ideális. Néhány napot töltöttünk el, de 2-3 hétet is el lehetne tölteni úgy, hogy ne unatkozzon egy percre se az ember :) A konyha mindennel (tényleg mindennel) felszerelt, nem nagyon jutott olyan eszünkbe, ami ne lett volna, még kapszulás kávéfőző is volt, kapszulát is biztosítottak hozzá. Az ágyak mindkét szobában nagyon kényelmesek, a sötétítés megoldott. Minden nagyon tiszta és rendezett volt. Meglepően sok dolog volt bekészítve érkezésünkkor. Az első emeleten található apartman körül körben terasz van, minden irányban gyönyörű kilátással. Két kislányunk imádta a helyet, akiknek 2 nagy doboznyi játék volt bekészítve. Határozottan jobb volt a szállás, mint amire számítottunk :) Esetleg egy pár cserepes virág jól mutatna a teraszokon. :)

Large bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen is very well equipped (beyond expectation/standard for sure). Warm welcome, even small gifts. Very clean. It's easy to make the apartment really warm if needed. About 15 minutes from two large ski resorts (Gerlitzen and Ban Kleinkirchheim).

Really a minor thing but we could have done with a mop (other cleaning tools and supplies were readily provided/available). Also we like the hot water a bit more hot -- but again it was well within reason.

Very friendly owner, we got a welcome gift of red wine and merci chocolates.
