For the price the apartment is not good enough. We didn’t have soap or shampoo or aconditioner, the toilet paper was not enough. There was no coffee, but we had a coffee machine. A courtain was broken. It wasn’t like in the pictures. The walls are with a lot of marks and it doesn’t give a good impression

Windows broken so a/c was bad

Spacious. Had nice views. The kitchen was complete for us to cook breakfast and eat.

The two single beds put together as a double was uncomfortable for us.

Excellent location, very nice apartment, clean, well equipped, great view.

Lovely big, bright, super clean apartment. Which overlooks a lovely square. With every thing you would want for a short or long stay.Close to two metro stations which in twenty minutes takes you to all sites of interest. Great front desk staff. Hope to see you soon.

It was a great location and he apartment was clean and modern. It had a kitchen with a coffee maker, stove, fridge, toaster and microwave as well as washing machine and iron. It was clean and modern. There are less tourists than the Puerta del Sol, which means it’s less crowded. The air conditioning was excellent since it was incredibly hot in Madrid in July. It is also quiet with good security.

The apartment is beautiful, the view and location are amazing... super comfortable bed, nice living room area with great kitchen facilities. Also, the communication with the host was great, while everyone at the reception desk was super nice.

There was an occasional smell coming from the bathroom.

The place is well located to reach several interesting spots. Conciergerie is a plus and personell was very kind and friendly.

Reactivity of the managing company on messages is very low. Bad smell from the bathroom, noise from elevator, not having salt, pepper and oil are some minus.

Close to metro and bus, and possible to walk into the centre. The overall size of the apartment was good. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Ninth floor and efficient lift. The price was reasonable for a self-contained apartment in Madrid.

The apartment was poorly designed. The "bedroom" was a partition around the bed which left little space and one person had to squeeze around the back of the bed to get out. The floor of the bathroom was showing damage. The blinds could not be rolled up and secured, and the view wasn't great anyway.
