"The Perfect Choice"

The location of the place is in the middle of everything - it is in the center. It is very convenient to walk around the apartment. The host was friendly. The place was clean and beautiful. It has its own bathroom in all three rooms (3 bathrooms). The bus/metro station is 4-5 minutes' walk. There is a shop and restaurant nearby (the restaurant is owned by the host of the apartment). The area is quiet, and a good sleep is guaranteed. I highly recommend this facility to families or friends of up to 3 couples as it is extremely convenient to have a great trip in the city. It is a very convenient location, and you will enjoy it.

The apartment is located a but under the ground floor - a kind of like a basement, and only 1 of the rooms has windows, but that might be an advantage, because the rooms are very quiet, and a good sleep is guaranteed.

"Great apartment for a trip with friends to Madrid."

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the showers powerful. There was tea/coffee/milk provided. It was very convenient for the underground which is just a short walk away. The palace and cathedral are about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Carlos the host was very kind and helpful. We were given complimentary breakfast by him in the Cafe del Rey just around the corner from the aapartment. The Cafe itself is a good bar for relaxed drinks. Nothing was a problem and he kept our luggage for us on the last day after checkout which was great.
