החדרים היו גדולים ומרווחים והיו שירותים בכל חדר. מזגן טוב ,קרוב לסופר ולתחנת רכבת. ארוחת הבוקר בבית הקפה הייתה בונוס נחמד.

המטבח היה קטן, לא היה כיריים או סירים. המטבח היה בתוך חדר ופחות נוח . בנוסף, הרדיאטור נפל לבד וגרם להצפה בכל הדירה. הרטיב לנו חלק מהחפצים, וחלקם גם נהרסו. מטוב ליבינו עזרנו לסדר את הבלגן ולא קיבלנו שום תודה או סליחה שזה קרה. הרגשנו שהם מאשימים אותנו. אנחנו מצפים לפיצוי. (מצורף תמונה מאיפה המים יצאו, לאחר היבוש של ההצפה)

"Очень удобная локация, рядом станция (5мин), 10 минут до королевского замка, надо подняться а гору, но для тех кому труд"

Помещение чистое, подниматься никуда не надо, сразу с улицы заходишь в апартаменты. В каждой комнате есть душевая с туалетом, это очень удобно. В двух комнатах окон нет, только в одной. В зале тв, стол, диван и все необходимое. Просторные комнаты, много места. В одной из комнат мини кухня, без плиты ( готовить не выйдет), только микроволновая плита чтобы что подогреть. Комплимент от хозяина, выбрать одно утро, когда бы мы пришли позавтракать бесплатно. Спасибо за завтрак, очень было приятно и вкусно. Особенно огромное спасибо девушке - официантке, за то что умеет разговаривать на русском языке, не пришлось ломать язык 🥰❤️🙂 Обязательно вернемся еще.

То что одна комната вместе с мини кухней, если одни встали а другие еще спят, надо ждать пока проснутся. Чайник мы сразу вынесли в зал, чтобы не мешать людям спать. А так все замечательно 👍❤️

We stayed in Madrid for four nights in June 2025 and rented this apartment for six people. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city. We slept very comfortably, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very practical. The apartment was spotless. On the second day, housekeeping came and changed our towels, a detail we greatly appreciated. Communication with the owner was excellent; he was always attentive and willing to help. He gave us very useful recommendations about the city. We also had the opportunity to enjoy his restaurant, which is very close to the apartment. We highly recommend it!
