The house was cute, the bed and bathroom were comfortable. It was located close to the main square.

DO NOT RENT FROM WONDERFUL ITALY!!!! The door could not close or lock properly and was never fixed. The never sent a locksmith. The maintenance guy (he was nice) tried his best but it wasn’t fixed No hot water for a day Plugs in the bathroom and kitchen didn’t work Kitchen was too sparse. Also no salt or pepper? Come on! The company is all about making money- they don’t care if stuff in the apartment works or is broken- they do NOT maintain the property Very very humid with a moldy smell They constantly asked to send maintenance when weren’t there, but I couldn’t risk having them surprise my elderly mother. They should’ve maintained the property regularly instead of wasting my time during a family visit After all this you can’t leave one scrap of garbage or else you have to pay €50? Anyone who knows Ostuni’s knows that means you have find a place to dump your trash (near impossible if you’re traveling) Just avoid this company and save yourself a huge headache. Worst owners I’ve ever dealt with after 20 years of vacation/travel renting

❤️Location, just next to the old town, 2min walking distance, lots of restaurants, beautiful views around the property, quite area (end of April) ♥️Nice interior, stylish apartment, combination of puglia design with modern decor ❤️Big shower, ideal water pressure to quickly wash long hair (ladies know what I mean 😀) ❤️Good customer experience, nice staff, quick response ♥️There is an iron available, even though I was told there wasn't ♥️ Very clean, ♥️Comfortable bed ♥️Tasty tap water to refill your bottle

👎🏻Smell in the apartment, like mould, 👎🏻Additional fee which wasn't mentioned before (tourist tax). I understand it is essential to pay but it should be included in the price, or mention in advance 👎🏻 Rubbish policy, you need to get rid of all your rubbish before you leave, or a €50 charge will be applied 👎🏻It was quite cold in the apartment (end of April), but there is heating available 👎🏻Only one small bottle of water left for two of us 👎🏻No grocery shops available in the area if you need to buy something in emergency

Location was very good. Close to all the restaurants and city centre yet still in a calm surrounding. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and quiet. With charming interior details. Customer experience was very good too. We got good advice on the parking spot and overall get support if needed and felt very welcome. Speaking about the location a bit more - good thing is that the public parking lot is just in 4 min walk away (one thing to consider based on our experience, is that after 18-19.00 it gets quite crowded, so it’s good to park the car before that). Good to know - during the checkout you need to take the trash away from the apartment. There are clear instructions on where and how you can recycle. But It just takes some planning as not in all the week days the recycle centre takes certain trash fractions.

Great location, just outside the old town - in easy walking distance but on a nice quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the room suited us well enough.

There isn’t enough hot water for 2 people to shower in the mornings - even when waiting 20 min between showers as advised. We had an issue with the bathroom flooding, but maintenance was sent quickly and the problem resolved. There is a 50 Euro fee if you leave any rubbish in the apartment, which is extortionate. Only certain types of rubbish are collected each day and we had to traipse around Ostuni to get rid of our rubbish before leaving for our flight.
