Trullo Innamorato

The location was nice and handy to Ostuni. The BBQ was good.

The Trulli house was quaint, but it is not Luxury accommodation. It needed a deep clean. We moved to other accommodations early.

The Trullo is charming, beds were comfortable and the air con in the bedrooms welcome from the warm sun.

Location - the Trullo is located around 30 minute walk into Ostuni via an unlit narrow road. If walking care needs to be given and a torch is highly recommended. Access to the road that leads to the Trullo is via a large wooden gate - we had two days of rain that completely flooded this road, after the flood we had a muddy lake to contend with making access on foot impassable. We had to resort to taxis these cost €50 for a return 10 minute drive. The Trullo whilst the beds were comfortable there is very limited storage and the seating area needs new furniture as the chairs fall apart when moved. The TV doesn’t work and the WiFi is very limited. The kitchen is very rustic with very little room to prepare food. Externally was our biggest disappointment- please see photographs I have shared these with the owner ahead of this review as most of the outside area was unusable and not as advertised on booking.com. Disappointing stay after paying such a premium price.

We all loved staying in the Trullo house since it's very authentic. You are able to cook BBQ /kitchen is well equip and the outdoor seating area is great for sharing an outdoor meal. Pool /outdoor seating options is great. Great place for a summer vacation - feels like a home away from home. Rooms also have very cold Air-conditioning which is a bonus in the hot summer days.

Nothing - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect little trullo for our family. The trullo itself was well equipped and comfortable and the outside areas were great. We could always find a shady spot to sit and the kids LOVED the pool. We also enjoyed making use of the outside kitchen and BBQ. The trullo feels private and quiet, even though it’s a short walk into old town Ostuni. The 10-15 min walk was pleasant, giving great views of the city on the approach and we managed it find with 2 kids in tow. Valentina was a wonderful host. Her communication was excellent throughout. She gave us privacy, whilst always knowing she was on hand to answer any questions. She left the kids a basket of Italian snacks, plus wine, beer, juice and milk in the fridge as a bonus. We would definitely recommend to families as a base to explore Puglia.

The pool was a little cold, but I think this was because it was clean etc prior to our stay. The weather was so warm it was fine and a nice cool off!

We had an overnight stay at Trullo Innamorato. We were so grateful for the food package that was left for us, it was everything we needed for lunch and breakfast. There were even toothbrushes for us. The Trullo had been renovated in a way to keep the character but still give us modern amenities. The pool area was beautiful and set in natural quiet surroundings. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Ostuni town or a short drive.

Under a starry sky, I see the silhouette of the castle. In the distance the blue sea. A comforting view. Hidden in the middle of a valley, but close to everything, a magical doll's house in Ostuni. A trulli with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room. Don't be fooled by the size. All amenities are present. Everything was thought out with care. The bed and bath linen is of quality and smells good. Everything is eco friendly. The rooms have new and powerful air conditioning. The Trulli has a large, comfortable and flowery external surface. There are several opportunities to sit and admire the view. There is also a large, covered table near the barbecue. The property has a swimming pool of good size and depth. There are several fruit trees. The owner, Valentina, is always available, knows the region a lot and gives good tips. She also offers her guests shampoo, soap and a welcome kit.

I love everything! As internet is provide by satelite it can sometimes be instable.

The trullo is so beautiful and in a great spot. Valentina was the perfect host and could not have been more helpful. The outdoor area is wonderful and we were able to have a few well-needed meals at home.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work. It was to be fixed but wasn’t. The hot water was barely enough for one shower. The yard area adjacent the house had plastic bags of rubbish

The stone house was just gorgeous The pool and gardens were so relaxing There were many choices of seating outside and we loved eating under the bamboo shelter

This property could have been a stand out 10 if more care was taken in setting up the kitchen Being outside of town meals will be cooked at home sometimes The grounds lend themselves to alfresco dining so it would have been great to have things in the kitchen to make this easy

It is a beautiful rural house with everything you need and a few more seals. The garden and pool area are the best for spending a few days of relaxation with privacy. I loved
