Spacious and clean apartment, well positioned closed to IFEMA as well as the airport and metro stops. Very quiet neighborhood and close grocery stores. The team was extremely helpful to allow an early check in with bag drop off. Kitchen was also well stocked

The apartment was 5 minutes from the metro station, were in 20 min in the city centre, coffee shops and restaurants near by, on the other side was a shopping mall with shops super market, restaurants...The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood could rest. The owners were friendly, helpful. The apartment was fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, ironing machine and board...

Had been not informed by booking that we will have to pay 150 eur guarantee, the beds in the small bedroom for 1 person were more like camping beds, was on the 4th floor without elevator

We like the apartment. It was clean and location was fine too. There was a plaza closely to buy every day foods and other stuff. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. There was metro station ( San Lorenzo) very close ( 4 - 5 minutes walk). It was very easy to reach every part of Madrid through metro and most importantly it was very cheap. All the facilities in the apartment were available as mentioned in the information.

The communication ( language ) could be improved. We found the hair dresser not working on the first day and told them about it but no one came to replace it.
