Loved the location and cleanliness! Amazing facility and good for a single traveler or a couple looking to enjoy the city

Beds & pillows aren’t that comfortable and shower space is a bit small but other than that, everything else was nice

The apartment is close to everything. Good location:) we didn’t use any public transportation. We just walked to every where we wanted. The room is nice and clean. I got everything I need. There are 2 air conditioners which is so nice. The room is always cool.

Nothing, just a little annoying with the shower , it’s hard to adjust cold/warm water but it wasn’t a big problem.

location to an event I was competing and to Madrid generally. The property was a good size and with as I had lots of sports kit including bike was able to put to the side without a problem. Whilst on 5th floor good quick lift.

The property needs some basic repairs which are inexpensive - replace the control end caps and knob on the shower control which were missing. Rehang the soap dispenser the shower which had come off the wall. could use the extractor fan in thx kitchen. the kitchen tap was lose and needs tightening. The door entry all electronic (all from the phone - didn’t always work first time and always had to take your phone unless someone was in the property to let you back in) There isn’t a full set of knives forks plates mugs (enough for 2 people) but clearly previous breakage reduced the number available.
