Todo. Horrible. A las dos horas de estar nos fuimos asumiendo perder el pago.

El sector era peligroso de noche Había 2 bares en frente con música y gritos, risas, peleas, gente ebria, orinando en la calle.. toda la madrugada, incluso domingo.. hasta cerca de las 5 am. Se escuchaba todo el ruido. El apartamento funcional pero pequeño. Estaba en tercer piso sin ascensor y fue complicado subir las maletas (la persona que te espera para entregar las llaves es amable pero no te ayuda a subir nada). El edificio feo, con áreas comunes llenas de ropa colgada. Estaba relativamente cerca de estación atocha, pero las calles alrededor eran peligrosas para mujeres solas de tarde noche.

Déception totale à fuire

Appartment minuscule très sale, lit cassé et dans un état de hygiène inacceptable, cuisine infestées cafards de toutes tailles, murs couverts de moisissures, toilettes cassés, électricité qui lâche à plusieurs reprises,fenêtre sur couloir sans rideaux ne laissant aucune intimité.

The apartment was in good location but dont have blanket and pillow, it was not clean as other apartment i tryed in madrid , inform me free taxi but stuff told we dint know about it , when i ask pillow and blanket nobody answered i buy it because it was cold , dont have shampoo, and its not good at all

The location is very good, Metro station is only a few meters away. very easy and safe to reach your desitinations

The apartment needs an up lift. Some bathroom tiles are chipped, so is shower tray and toilet seat needs repair.

We got our full 150 € deposit return by bank transfer, but we had to pay the 6 € transfer commission, and not free as promised. We had to leave early for the airport. The mattress was dirty, the bedlinen was bigger than the quilt, and everything was synthetic. The shelves under the kitchen table fell when just touched a little, and it was complicated to assemble. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. We asked for two rolls of toilet paper, but were only given one. It is not convenient that you must meet with the landlord to enter the flat and get the key. The neighborhood is very nice, with nice restaurants and bars and street life and close to museums. It is a very dark room, only light through the patio, we won’t stay here again.

Je vous déconseille fortement cet établissement. Le propriétaire n'est pas honnête, aucun état des lieux à l'arrivée ni au moment de repartir. Et maintenant il refuse de me rembourser ma cotion en prétextant des excuses. Heureusement booking est à l'écoute et fait le nécessaire pour régler la situation.
