Baños chicos, algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, por ej. cristal de anafe eléctrico dañado. La aplicación para abrir el pórtico tardaba en responder. Sería bueno incluir jarras para poder y tu tardar agua fresca en la nevera. También agregar algún kit de desayuno ligero para el ingreso ( café, té, azúcar, agua, etc). Sugerencia…

From all the mess with this apartment I relatively liked the location, though it is still pretty far to the center even by metro. If renovated, this apartment has a good potential. Airco was working.

I pretty much did not like everything. The property agency does not provide you with the digital key access before you pay 200 euros deposit. When you arrive, you see that the apartment has so many issues, that it starts to look like a scam. I made all the pictures and videos of everything that was broken and not ok fearing they would keep the deposit, saying we caused all the damage. Everything that was said in other negative comments is true, on top the customer service has no clue what to answer and suggest when you call them and ask for the help. On a weekend, they have a very grumpy lady that is not supposed to work in customer service at all. Rude and disrespectful. In our apartment window shutter was broken, when we checked-in. We asked for the technician. They promised to send someone in 30 min. As I had my laptop, and there is no security safe, I told them I would wait for him. He did not come within 1 hour. As I was late for my appointment, they said me - let's plan for tomorrow morning, 9 am. Next morning 9 am there is nobody. It is Saturday, Rude customer service lady says with a lot of irritation, technician is assigned and on the way. We ask when we expect him then. She dropped the phone. After several tryings to call her back, she yelled saying that they have multiple apartments to manage. To be frank - how is it related to the fact that the customer service literally gave us the time? after another 30 min of trying to call from other several phones we had (the rude lady did not answer), we finally managed to get another person who clarified at 9 am is just a starting time for us and technician can come any time. Seriously? They could not say it from the beginning? Totally ruined mood. Too expensive apartment for the quality we got. The digital key did not work most of the time at the main entrance. Garbage needed to be sorted by ourselves. In the end, check-out was indicated as at 11:00. They came already to "clean" at 10.00.
