Localização

Banheiro privativo com ralo entupido, fazendo com que água escape. O cheiro de esgoto retornava. Tivemos um problema com abertura e fechamento da porta que nao funcionou e precisou de assistencia. Atendimento via telefone foi impossivel! só por mensagem via booking. Sofá cama em pessímas condições.

Casa confortável e acolhedora, com ótima localização perto de Las Ventas e do bairro de Salamanca. A casa está bem equipada com todas as comodidades e bem decorada.

Tivemos um problema com a chave digital da porta de casa devido a uma falha na rede elétrica, que ficou resolvido no dia seguinte. O duche da casa de banho principal deixa sair muita água para fora, tornando-se impossível utilizá-lo.

Apartamento cómodo y bien decorado, con todo lo necesario para estar unos días. Cerca del metro.

Cuando llegamos se había ido la luz, asi que no podíamos abrir la puerta, ya que la cerradura es electrónica. No estoy de acuerdo en que retengan una fianza de 200€ para la limpieza. Demasiado lío la aplicación para registrar a todos los huéspedes.

La falta de luz natural, pues el depto es interno y si bien tiene ventanas, da a un hueco de aire y luz, por lo cual hay que prender las luces todo el día, pues es muy oscuro

Great location, clean, spacious and beds very very comfortable. Nice large terrace

No basics left like sugar/salt/tea/coffee so expensive to buy all this when clients must leave leftovers all the time

Estava tudo limpo.

O sofá cama era muito velho e na parte de baixo faltam molas um adulto nunca ia conseguir dormir neste sofá cama. Tinha terraço, mas era interior. Era como estar num buraco escuro porque estávamos no 1 piso com vista para 4 paredes…
