El sector es bueno, cerca a estaciones del metro, con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos.

Se siente olor a húmedo, quizás falta de ventilación natural.

Muy céntrico, super silencioso en la noche, para los 4 días que estuvimos estaba súper bien.

Todo me gustó.

We had a deeply disappointing experience at this property. While we understand that this is a budget accommodation, basic hygiene and pest control are fundamental expectations for any rental. Unfortunately, we encountered a significant cockroach problem, which made it impossible for us to stay. The situation was particularly distressing as my elderly parents, aged 63 and 62, have a severe fear of cockroaches. This completely disrupted our stay and caused significant discomfort. Offering additional cleaning after the fact did not address the immediate issues or make the property habitable for us. The host’s response to our concerns was dismissive and suggested that we were exaggerating the situation to seek a refund, which was both unwarranted and insulting. While we were offered a partial refund for the cleaning fee and one night’s stay, it does not adequately account for the inconvenience, distress, and disruption to our plans. I would not recommend this property to others until serious measures are taken to address cleanliness and pest control issues.

The apartment is in a good location very close to the city center and several metro stations, with the supermarket right next door. The instructions about collecting the key and checking in / out were very clear and the host was nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious enough for a group and the layout is exactly like in the pictures. It is fully equipped with all appliances (fridge / stove / iron / washing machine / kettle / hairdryer etc) and has a TV with a Chromecast which is useful for playing your own music or movies. WiFi works very well with high speed.

Because it is located on the ground floor in an inner yard, the apartment doesn’t get any sunlight. One of the two windows is used for the air conditioning tube, so only one window can be opened. There is no ventilation in the toilets & shower and the air is quite moist inside, even if you keep the window open. The walls were dirty and they looked like they had some damage from humidity. We have been informed they were working on fixing a wall, but there was damage on several walls. There is a light with a motion sensor at night in the yard, so everytime someone passes by in the middle of the night, you can see the light through the windows. There are blinds for the windows but the chain to pull the blinds is very short and the walls as very high, so you cannot reach the blinds unless you climb a chair. The biggest disappointment was that although the pictures show a bed, we found one of those foldable beds instead which was making a lot of noise when laying down, so sleeping was not comfortable. One of the nightstands was missing and there was also a missing plug-in that left a hole in the wall. Overall the furniture was not in the best condition and the wardrobe was broken. The bathroom had mold on the walls and in the shower. The lighting in the toilets was also very poor so we had to use the mirror downstairs to see what we were doing. Biggest surprise was to notice that the apartment was not properly vacuumed and mopped when we arrived and during our stay there we found couple of cockroaches inside the place.

Location was good. room was clean

Appliance usage was not smooth. Parallel usage of electronic devices might not be possible due to power load, especially washing machines and cook top.

The house was absolutely different from the photos, it was very dirty, small and dark, the location was very bad, we were afraid to return home at night. The bed was small, there were cockroaches in the kitchen

Where to start!? Poor Maintenance -The washing machine is STILL leaking despite the reviews from a year ago showing it leaking. -The bathroom door still doesn’t shut upstairs despite this being mentioned in past reviews. -The toilet upstairs struggled to flush, the downstairs toilet got clogged. The owner/host -The worst thing though is the owner/host. They pretended like we’d misused the toilet and tried to blame us for his poor plumbing. He then held our deposit hostage, was personally abusive and threatened to list us as problematic clients if I complained. If you do stay, just hope nothing goes wrong or the owner will expect you to pay for their mistakes. Other -Not ready at check in time/Apartment is incredibly noisy at night/Blinds offer no protection from the motion detector light out front/Poor ventilation (humid room with smell)/Theres a reason the lights are on in the photos – its dark! I could go on… The owner will of course reply below. Don’t believe a word of it. Don’t risk your trip here.

We enjoyed having a full apartment to use and the location was nice. Good size for two people.

The apartment was nice but the hosts made the experience unpleasant. They seemed rigid and unfriendly in their messages from the start. They forgot to tell us which apartment was ours and did not answer the phone so when we arrived to the apartment we had to ask 4 neighbors if they knew which was the loft we were renting. The next day we received a message threatening to kick us out in 2 hours because we sent the deposit to the wrong PayPal account (typo of “L” instead of “I”). I also found the rules they had hanging around the apartment a bit much- I suggest making a booklet for your customers instead.
