The apartment is located in the city center and has all the necessary amenities. You can walk to the most of the city sightseeing places or use metro as there are several stations nearby. Grocery store is in the beginning of the street, and there are many places to eat and shop around. The apartment was tidy and convenient. The host was responsive and helpful, and they allowed me to check-in earlier since I came before 3 pm.

I couldn't finish my online registration and check-in entirely via app, so ended up going to the office to complete my registration. The guys at the office were super helpful, but you need to bear in mind all these online registration requirements as they are time consuming.

The location is very convenient and close to many attractions.

Everything! The location was fantastic, the host was extremely kind, generous and highly available for any request, and the apartment and its facilities were of high quality. Perfect stay for 1-2 people!

The location is excellent, right in the center of Madrid, but tucked away in the more quiet part. Less than 10 minutes walk to three different metro stations. You can almost to all major attractions.

A two minute walk from the Gran Via, in a mixed use area. Three grocery stores within a five minute walk radius, drug store can be seen from the front door. The Metro( subway) was convenient with several stops on different lines less than a 5 minute walk away. The building has an elevator that easily fit two people with luggage. The apartment was on the second floor with windows facing an interior courtyard. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and ideal for a couple.

It took a while to understand the apartment door lock mechanism. Not something that we are used to. By the second day we had it mastered. It is very secure.

Apartment was in a good location. There was a lift in the building.security was good.

The mattress needs replacing. Two pillows per person would have been nice, only one each was supplied.Only one bath towel each for 4 days.Linen needs attention. The couch armrests need repair.

The apartment is placed near Gran Via, so you'll be closed to everything: attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, or convenient stores, pharmacies, etc. It was very clean, and the check-in procedure was very easy.

A curtain in the bedroom would be nice so the neighbors can't see you.
