Location is alright.

Terrible condition. Things are either broken and worn out or not functioning properly . Hot water for showers not working on first day upon arrival. Host not willing to come to fix up until following day so we were left without a shower after a long tiring trip upon arrival . My friends and I were really frustrated and angry. Moreover the towels provided were either torn or stained…. Shower curtain so worn out that it smelled so bad. Many broken handles on the wardrobe as well.

The location was perfect. The apartment was nice and clean. The building was pretty quiet.

Like many other reviewers, we did have the hot water turn itself off sometimes. But getting it back on was simple. We just unplugged it and then plugged it back in and then it immediately worked again. And really, it only happened 4 or 5 times in 5 days. We also found the furniture to be uncomfortable but we are kinda old and pretty heavy, so probably it is fine for most people.

the water heater was a major issue, and has to be restarted every single time as the hot water was not continuous, it was a major incovenience.

Very helpful host and lovely apartment with everything we needed.

Spare blankets could have been good as it got quite cold at night.

4 bedrooms with queen size beds, elevator and nice enough rooms and kitchen.

Water heater was really loud and water temperature was very extreme from really cold to really hot. It says parking available, but the parking garage they told us to use was really far, not at all convenient. we ended up parking at the hotel parking garage a couple blocks away. Walls are thin as well.
