Super Unterkunft. Tolle Lage. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.

Kaffee und Tee wäre schön als Grundausstattung in der Küche.

Me gustó todo en general, hemos pasado unos días estupendos, situado cerca del centro, el metro a menos de cinco minutos, aunque algunos días incluso hemos ido andando, la persona que nos atendió el primer día estupenda muy amable, volveremos en sucesivas ocasiones.

Perfect location, very supportive person Jacobo, whom had welcoming us and helped us with all needed infos that we asked for. The apartment has everything that is necessary, it's very clean and cosy, even better than on the photos. All needed appliencies are in the kitchen including dishwashing machine (cleaning tablets are provided), two bathrooms are spacious and very clean as well as bedrooms - the beds are very comfortable and perfect for sleeping and resting. It is located perfectly for exploring Madrid by foot, but also the Metro station is right next to the apartment, (litteraly 2 minutes of walking, maybe even less), if it is needed. It wasn't noisy and in very safe neighborhood. It is very good value for the money invested.

Everything was just perfect, no negative impressions.

Apartamento muy acogedor y con todo lo imprescindible.Estupendo para ir en familia por su amplitud.Nos desplazabamos andando al centro, al lado hay una estacion de metro.A destacar la buena disposicion de Jacobo por su flexibilidad tanto en el checking de entrada como en el de salida

L'appartamento è molto comodo al centro (metro a 50m) in una zona ricca di servizi, bar ristoranti e anche supermercati. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento con due camere e due bagni, molto accogliente, ben riscaldato e molto pulito. Non mancava nulla e i letti sono comodissimi! L'host ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli in ufficio prima del check in. È stato tutto perfetto anche il taxi gratuito dall'aeroporto incluso nel prezzo disponibile al momento della prenotazione. Consigliatissimo!!!

Netter persönlicher Kontakt. Gute Lage. Man ist im ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über 2 Bäder. Das war super. Toll war auch, dass Küchentücher, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bereitgestellt war. Super Service. Alles war sauber und in bester Ordnung.

Trotz Angabe "Babybett verfügbar" kostet das Bett plötzlich nochmal extra. Das ist als Service für Kunden mit einem Kleinkind nicht optimal. Das würde ich vor allem für Familien nicht mit Extrakosten verbinden - zumal wir extra danach gesucht hatten. Aber gut, es hat auch so geklappt. Die Küche verfügte leider nur über die billigsten Messer welche sich mit leichtem Druck bereits beim Schneiden eines Brotes verbiegen. Eher gefährlich als hilfreich. Diese würde ich zumindest gegen etwas hochwertigere Messer austauschen - oder ein Messer selbst mitbringen.
