Główną zaletą jest lokalizacja. Do najważniejszych punktów można dojść na nogach. Stacja metra oraz przystanki autobusowe również w zasięgu spaceru. Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone i posiada wszystko co jest potrzebne

Mieszkanie jest przy samej ulicy więc czasami przeszkadzał hałas. Jest to uciążliwe zwłaszcza w weekend.
