Everything great! Location, spacious modern apartment that has anything you possibly need. Large bathroom with washing machine. Very comfortable beds. Open plan kitchen with large fridge freezer. Large table. Tv and wifi. Very safe and not like someone else mentioned. Windows can easily be opened. Air condition very good. The best apartment that we stayed while travelling through Spain.

I liked everything, the apartment is beautiful. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the apartment is clean, and the bathroom is big. I recommend it for those who want to explore Madrid's city center.

This little flat was offered everything we needed in the heart of Madrid we needed with a baby (14 months old) Loved the layout and the way you are already at the street when you open the front door. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were perfect for us. It wasn't any baby bed offered which wasn't an issue for us as we used to sleep together and the size of the bed was perfect for 3 of us. If you need a travel cot I think you can hire one and they'll deliver it to the place. We also needed a parking permit to enter the area and they even provided a proof of permit in case there were any issues with the rental company. Highly recommended for longer or shorter stays for couples or small families too.

Very Noisey couldnt get a good nights sleep due to appartmemts next door extremely thin walls. Besides that apartment was very clean up to date and modern .

The apartment is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. It is 6 minute walk to the Metro and there is a good supermarket just 300 metres away. It is ideally situated for the Sunday Rastro market, which is at the end of the street.

Noise. It was at times a real problem. The glass front (the entire wall to the outside) is single-glazed. When people speak outside , it is like they are in the room. The street surface is lightly cobble-stoned so that tyre noise from cars is elevated. It sounds like the car passes within a meter . Every night at about 1:40 am the garbage truck rolls by, emptying bins. It actually passes twice and it woke us every time. You need ear plugs for sure to be able to sleep here. With ear plugs, only the garbage truck woke us, without them, every car woke us.

It is in a nice position.

Very noisy! The apartment is at the street level and only a glass wall separates the inside from the outside! Light gets inside in the morning! The sofa is uncomfortable to sleep! For what it is, the cost is high!
