The apartment was large and comfortable. We were met on arrival by our host Giorgio who could not have been more helpful. The location was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked, bed comfortable, bathrooms fantastic.

Absolutely nothing! The apartment and Padua exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of visiting there.

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in, on five continents. The host, Giorgio, is truly a HOST, not just an owner. He was there to greet us, organised a tour of the historic surrounding buildings and phoned a taxi for us when we left. The apartment itself is stunning! Beautifully and interestingly furnished, with every possible need catered for. The exposed living room wall dating back to a 13th century church is the icing on the cake. The apartment is very comfortable - climate controlled and energy efficient. The location is excellent, in a small lane off a mostly pedestrianised cobbled street in a nice part of town, five minutes walk from restaurants etc. An exceptional experience!

There is nothing to dislike about this amazing accommodation in lovely Padua.

Dreamlike, perfect accommodations in a renovated church adjacent to a palace in a quiet corner of Padova. Giorgio has renovated the property with loving care and attention to detail and every possible modern comfort while retaining the historic charm. He was an extremely gracious host who offered us a tour of the rest of the property and was always attentive to the comfort of my mother and myself. Our stay could not have been better.

It's probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was clean, the location is perfect, and the area, although close to the center, is quiet. I loved the combination of antique furniture, vintage design objects, and the modern finishing of the apartment. It is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it. The wall from the church behind the glass wall is really an original feature. It has special lighting, so in the evening it can create really a nice and rarely to be felt feeling. The communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Although the windows had mosquito nets, which in fact is quite rare, there were mosquitoes in both sleeping rooms, which was a bit annoying (compared to the overall nice comfort we had in the place).

Host is super friendly and helpful, apartment is spacious, clean and cozy. Location is perfect.

The property was a thoughtfully, attractively and modernly renovated apartment previously part of the University of Padova with great attention to the original historical and architectural detail. The rooms and bathrooms were very spotless, comfortable and spacious; it was well-equipped and the host Giorgio was attentive, friendly and very helpful. The location in the historical centre was perfect for walking to all the city's main attractions and free parking was an extra (and necessary in our case) bonus. It is a bit expensive but worth it and we would definitely return and suggest it to friends! Thank you Giorgio!!

The weather was unseasonably warm for mid April and the temperature in the apartment was a bit too warm for us. We understood the ecological reason for this but I would be sure to check this out if traveling in the summer. The windows have pull down screens to protect against mosquitoes so be sure to ask how to use them as they weren't immediately obvious to us. My only small suggestion to the host is to place a box of tissues in the bathrooms. Just a small detail.

The apartment is the best we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect - just about 10 minutes' walk from the Basilica of St Anthony, and, in the other direction, the Baptistery. The property is clean, spacious and quiet. It's a fantastic place, full of history. Giorgio is a wonderful host. He was waiting for us on arrival, and he even gave us a free very interesting tour of his house during our stay. I highly recommend this place!
